The Food Nutritionist Tea Towel and Oven Glove Set | Giveaway

I’m very pleased to introduce these lovely products to my readers from The Food Nutritionist, Jeraldine Curran. This Tea Towel and Oven Glove Set are motivational as well as functional. Made from 100% cotton and in a bright and colourful print, they promote the essence of wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle. I love the bold print and the wording. They have been giving me subtle daily reminders to eat a healthy diet whenever I use them. I’ve been making an effort so far this year to increase the use of vegetables I eat and make healthier recipes.

Jeraldine has a fascinating story behind her career, and it’s one which could so quickly have become tragic. Her son suffered a near-fatal anaphylactic shock one day when eating something. Thankfully due to quick thinking and medical intervention, he survived. The whole incident led Jeraldine, however, to reevaluate her approach to food. Already a qualified fitness instructor, she felt she knew what a healthy lifestyle meant. After her son’s sudden illness, he was given one option: take medication for the rest of his life.

This shock led Jeraldine on a journey of discovery into alternative therapies through food and nutrition. She is now an ambassador for nutritional therapy, helping others achieve their full health potential through food. Jeraldine consults with individuals and families to address their specific needs, from weight loss through to food allergies and chronic illnesses. She also runs wellness retreats which look and sound amazing.

Since discovering The Food Nutritionist I’ve also enjoyed trying out some of Jeraldine’s online recipes. I can recommend her delicious Breakfast in a Jar!

You can contact Jeraldine via the website to enquire about your own health or food issues, and allow her to help you with her extensive training.
