Christmas is lovely, but my 6 year old twins have special needs. It is hard for them to be out of the routine of school, and can be stressful for them, so Christmas is a bit hectic. I try and have “mini-pampers”, as it is hard to get time to really indulge. Things like lavender spray to help me sleep, and a really nice smelling hand and nail creme to use throughout the day, really help.
