How To Strengthen Your Enamel While You Brush Your Teeth | Giveaway

Much like the rest of our bodies, after the festive period is over, our teeth could use a little TLC. Overloading on chocolate, prosecco and other naughty things can wear away at our enamel. Sensodyne have the perfect antidote, so you can actually strengthen your enamel while you brush your teeth.

brush your teeth

The problem with acid erosion of our tooth enamel is that the body can’t re-grow enamel. Over time, it can cause sensitivity as the protective layer wears away. It causes the dentine layer to become closer to the outer surface.

Pronamel Strong & Bright Enamel is proven to strengthen your tooth enamel and protect against everyday acids. Acid erosion can be caused by lots of things that we eat and drink every day, even ‘healthy’ things. For example, fruit juices and salad dressings. By brushing your teeth twice a day with this, you can deliver minerals into the enamel to make it more resistant to acids.

An added bonus is that it gently removes stains too, so you end up with whiter teeth as well as stronger teeth.

I’ve been using mine for a while now and love the gentle minty taste. I’m all about health in 2018, after overdoing it in 2017, and looking forward to doing all I can to protect my body from further damage.

I plan on volunteering and doing more for my community. I want to get more involved in fighting the war against hunger and taking part in after school programs where I could mentor children. My father recently passed away and it is giving a different and more profound outlook on life. I would also want to start living a more active lifestyle and working out more.

I do not tend to make New Years Resolutions nowadays. Though when I considered topic, thought :- Become more Organised. As time has passed seems that :- What I am in need of is others disturbing and distracting me less. Seems fiancé is so fearful of forgetting, that he tells me info as it comes to his mind. This can be when I am reading a newspaper, watching television ( enjoying a film, etc), getting ready to go out.

Think what I really need is to find ways of others being less anxious, more patient, etc.

Patience is a virtue. Oh! How I hope and wish that New Year brings us some Peace, Joy, Tranquility.

Best Wishes to All. Happy New Year!
