Types of Vitamins 

Today, vitamins and supplements are available in different types and forms. It’s easier than ever to track your vitamin intake for optimal body performance. You can choose from multivitamin pills or take each vitamin separately. There are liquid forms available also but are stated to be the not so convenient type to use.

Vitamin A 

Remember when we were kids and we had to eat our carrots? Well, that goes on for our whole lifetime, and there is a reason behind this. All you need to do is relax, and let your body do its magic. If you want to implement it in your diet, you can buy it in your nearest drugstore, and you can find it in many foods, such as salmon, tuna, sardines. 

Vitamin D is also linked to healthy bones and promotes healthy weight loss, and many studies prove that. Deficiency may lead to brittle bones in older ages, and it can read to rickets in children, a condition that affects normal bone development.
